Job Description
Federal Signal is currently looking to hire a Summer Helper for the Office to support the Human Resources Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones & assists visitors
- Issue visitor and employee temp badges
- Schedule all phone screens
- Schedule appointments with HR
- Assist with Birthdays and Anniversaries coordination
- Create new hire packets
- Feds Threads oversight
- Maintain the visitor logbook and follow up on missing badges
- Replenish safety glasses
- Post internal bids and bid lists
Position Requirements
- Student pursuing a high school or bachelors degree
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hourly Rate for this position will be $15.00 per hour
