Job Description
Overview
CommonSpirit Health is seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager Clinic Practice II to oversee all business office operations for our CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic in Little Rock AR. In this role you will supervise a team and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of patient reception cashiering appointments medical records and financial processes. You will also serve as a key liaison between the business office other departments and the medical staff ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all business office functions including patient reception cashiering appointments medical records and financial operations.
- Maintain an organized and accurate medical records system.
- Coordinate payroll and assist with budget preparation.
- Serve as a liaison between the business office other departments and the medical staff.
- Address patient complaints and resolve issues requiring management intervention.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to business office operations and financial resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or 5 years of Management/Leadership experience required.
- Six years of medical group practice management experience preferred.
- Previous managerial experience preferred.
- Excellent communication organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
