We are currently looking for a skilled Superintendent / Project Manager Commercial Projects to join our team and lead commercial construction projects from the ground up. If youre passionate about construction leadership client relationships and delivering high-quality results we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise field operations subcontractors and materials on-site
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and documentation
- Ensure jobsite safety quality control and compliance with local codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients vendors inspectors and internal teams to keep projects on track
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction supervision or project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods scheduling and safety protocols
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Frequent standing walking bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs) on job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Occasional travel between job sites and Team Kline office locations
- Must be able to climb ladders and access various parts of construction sites
- Must wear PPE and comply with all safety procedures at all times
