Job Description
We are hiring a Team Manager to oversee our growing design department. In this role youll manage team workflows optimize processes and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on-brand. You must be tech-savvy organized and able to lead and inspire a creative team in a fast-paced environment.
Youll be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly supporting your team with task management helping streamline software usage and overseeing internal communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the design teams daily tasks and projects
- Ensure software tools and processes are used efficiently
- Monitor deadlines and optimize team workflow
- Collaborate with leadership to improve creative operations
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications:
- Prior experience managing a creative or tech team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong grasp of software systems and process implementation
- An eye for design or design background is a strong plus
- Available for part-time (34 hours/day) in-office work in Lakewood
Location: Lakewood NJ
Hours: Part-Time (34 hours/day MonThurs)
On-site Only
Compensation: $50$60/hour
