The Manager Sales at Unlock Technologies is pivotal in bridging the operational execution by the Home Equity Consultants with the strategic initiatives led by the Director Sales. This role is key in interpreting and cascading down strategic sales directives from the Director while mentoring and managing the workflow Home Equity Consultants to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Target base compensation is $75000 annually. Actual base salary varies based on factors including but not limited to relevant skill prior experience education base salary of internal peers demonstrated performance and geographic location.
