Global IT HR Internship 6 months Milan

For our office in Milan Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global IT team. You will have the opportunity to be directly involved in highly impactful projects related to the HR Applications field.



Does the opportunity sound interesting to you

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

The internship scope is primarily focused on the knowledge of HR Information Systems and related HR processes that the application ecosystem is aimed at supporting. The resource will work in a mixed team with professionals from IT and processes experts from the HR department having the chance to acquire and put into practice technical competencies on the platform and best practices related to Talent management.

You willsupport the Global HR Applications Team being actively involved in:

  • Delivering digital projects(corporate and local websites cloud-based integration platforms campaigning solutions and mobile applications)from thedesign to the delivery
  • Evaluating assessing and selecting technological solutions both from a cost sustainability perspective as well as for their business impacts and their future-proofness
  • Dealing with all the colleagues in the ITfunctionworldwide and work closely with Corporate and local HR departments.
  • Innovative projects related to Gen AI and AI Agents within our platforms
  • Creating top notch dashboards for HR partners to help them shaping the future of HR

What youll need

Youre the right person if you:

  • Have a degree in ManagementEngineering Computer Scienceor Businesswith a focus on digital
  • Speak Italian and English fluently andare eagerto work with multicultural teams
  • Are tech-savvy: youre not only comfortable with technology you excel at it
  • Like to be put in front of a problem because you like to solve problems
  • Possess a positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously as well as with a team
