Job Description
Purpose of the role: Responsible for planning & managing upstream & downstream performance in the Dock area
Roles & Responsibilities -
Responsible for managing the dock process & performance of the Lead Team Leaders & GCs
Planning the manpower strategy for achieving & improving the performance of FM LCV staging scan airhaul LCV connection & National Grid LPT
Planning roaster for the month & ensure managing the daily attendance of the GCs
Responsible for planning & timely connection of Intercity vehicles basis the central team schedule
Maintaining Dock Sheet for recording transit of vehicles record kilometers covered by each vehicle for seamless payouts
Responsible for reducing pendency by connecting the manifests pending and clearing the manifests within D1
Handover undelivered RTO & DTO shipments to exceptional handling team and post issue resolution ensure 100% delivery to the client place
