Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives
- Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Manage changes to the project scope schedule and costs
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Ensure quality standards and project documentation
- Foster effective communication among stakeholders and the project team
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Skills / Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall)
- Project management software (e.g. Clarity Jira)
- Budgeting and financial forecasting
- Risk management and mitigation strategies
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Time management and multitasking
- Conflict resolution and negotiation
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field
- Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCE2 or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- PROSCI or similar Change Management certification highly desirable
Experience
- 3 years of experience managing projects cross-functional teams and delivering tangible results; experience within the insurance industry highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience operating in both agile and waterfall project environments highly desirable
