Job Description
THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We are looking for a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our Partner Tech - Tech Foundation. In this role you will be responsible for driving the development of full-stack applications sharing frontend skills to backend developers and owning domain-agnostic platform technologies that enable other domain teams to build domain-specific solutions. You will work closely with a group of proactive self-organised and collaborative engineers who value teamwork and knowledge sharing.

- our diversity & inclusion strategy: Develop maintain and improve our Partner Communication Platform with Kotlin/Java Postgres Kubernetes AWS TypeScript/JavaScript and React. Own the whole development cycle end-to-end - from architecture design to implementation and testing and as well maintenance of our products Take ownership and proactively identify opportunities for product improvement optimising performance and collaborating with other teams. Participate in code reviews ensuring high-quality code and transferring knowledge on design patterns and principles. Collaborate with other engineers and teams to design scalable and robust solutions that meet the needs of our internal domain teams. Sharing knowledge on frontend development and best practices. 3 years of experience in frontend and backend development with proficiency in Kotlin/Java TypeScript/JavaScript and React. Strong understanding of microservices architecture API design principles and cloud services. Experience working with relational databases authentication/authorization mechanisms and event-driven systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving aptitude and curiosity and willingness to learn new skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a self-organised and collaborative team as a team player.
