What youll be doing
The Director EAML Process Engineering is a leader responsible for architecting change initiatives and leading the delivery of process simplifications that increase efficiency and support the modernization of our EAML processes.
The EAML Process Engineering team utilizes data employee feedback and analytics to identify and implement process improvements through various strategic and tactical projects. We reengineer key processes to increase quality and value.
Reporting to the Senior Director Process Engineering Automation and Business Support you will lead a team of Process Engineers delivering change that modernizes and optimizes our EAML processes including management and measurement approaches the development of a continuous improvement roadmap and the leadership in developing and deploying process optimization strategies. You will also provide technical process engineering leadership project leadership and mentoring.

How youll succeed
Problem solving - Use critical thinking data analytics and the Lean Six Sigma methodology to identify innovative approaches to solve problems involving people processes and technology. You will be responsible for identifying high-value modernization and will guide and support teams in problem-solving efforts on key projects.
Leadership and coaching - Identify and remove barriers that hinder progress. Provide authentic leadership by developing and coaching team members fostering an environment of knowledge sharing collaboration and effective problem-solving. Building relationships with key partners as you negotiate and influence to ensure alignment of initiatives across dependencies.
Deliver results Accomplish process simplification and optimization efforts to meet targets while fostering a process engineering and continuous improvement culture. Identify plan and implement process engineering and other improvement strategies and projects and track initiatives to completion. Provide project status updates feedback and reporting on key deliverables.

You will leverage a broad and deep understanding of consultative best practices and transformational approaches in process management Lean Six Sigma operational optimization project management and people change management to deliver initiatives and to refine the practice in the department.
Its an asset if you have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
