Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Technical Expert you will:

  • Administer and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform and components (e.g. MID Servers).

  • Support and enhance ITSM/CSM functionalities through evolutive maintenance.

  • Manage and improve CMDB and data quality.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and other corporate systems.

  • Coordinate ServiceNow releases and platform upgrades across environments.

  • Conduct testing of new features releases and platform functionalities.

  • Collaborate with internal users/customers to handle incidents and service requests.

  • Communicate with ServiceNow to address platform-related incidents.

  • Share knowledge with internal teams and conduct training when necessary.

Expertise Areas

You will contribute in several key roles:

  • Platform Administrator Oversee instance management and junior team guidance.

  • Business Analyst Translate service requirements into technical configurations.

  • Integration Expert Analyze failures and improve interface performance.

  • CMDB Manager Ensure CMDB/CSDM vision alignment and data quality.

  • Low-Code Developer Support catalogue creation and plugin deployments.

Core Activities Include

  • CMDB configuration data quality control and CSDM data modeling

  • Monitoring performance managing archiving system properties and integrations

  • Instance cloning update set migration upgrade planning and health scanning

  • Plugin management error remediation notification setup and level 3 support

  • Drafting and maintaining operational documentation

Required Skills and Certifications

  • ITIL Foundation certification with demonstrated ITIL process experience

  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification

  • Hands-on experience in ITSM CSM HRSD SPM App Engine

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM

  • Experience with XML SOAP REST APIs

  • Basic JavaScript for customization

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skill

  • Oral and written fluency in English or French is required

  • Proficiency in both languages is preferred
