Receives telephone calls and assists with the placement of calls. Receives visitors answers general questions and directs individual to appropriate person and provides adminstrative support for accounting and sales departments. May perform miscellaneous duties.
Essential Functions: Operation of Swithboard
Data entry of Accounts Payable
Typing and Clerical Support
Screening and Greeting Visitors
Order entry
Minimum Required Qualifications:
High School Graduate. 1-2 years related experience as a receptionist or telephone customer service.
Must have excellent oral written and interpersonal skills. Must possess basic computer skills.
Must be detail oriented and accurate and have the ability to work well in a team environment.
Physical Activities Required:
Good hand to eye coordination and handle multiple tasks. Requires reaching standing walking repetiitive use of hands and long periors of sitting.
