About The Role & Team
At Amplitude were looking we are looking for a Sr. Brand Producer to manage all aspects of our creative workflow across digital print events photography web and more. We need an organized experienced Producer with great communication skills whos excited to roll up their sleeves and take the success of our brand to the next level.

As a Sr. Brand Producer you will:
Project Management & Production Leadership
- Lead Creative Production: Own and drive the full creative production process across all marketing channels ensuring every asset campaign and video is delivered on brand and on time.
- Drive High-Impact Moments: Spearhead complex projects and major brand launches managing multimedia content and video productions that shape our story and reputation.
- Plan & Prioritize: Turn briefs into actionable production timelines and resource plans keeping the team focused and ensuring smooth execution.
- Keep Projects Moving: Oversee intake prioritization status updates and on-time delivery of all creative requests within the team.
- Facilitate Collaboration: Lead energizing creative reviews and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to refine and elevate the work.
- Optimize Resources: Balance team workload and scale output by engaging contractors or agencies when needed to maintain quality and meet demand.
- Champion Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders ensuring clear transparent and proactive communication.
- Source & Manage Talent: Identify and onboard the best external partners to support new creative opportunities.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Lead the RFP process for larger projects from drafting proposals to agency selection.
- Identify and engage the strongest agencies or vendors to deliver exceptional work.
- Negotiate and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) track billable hours approve invoices and ensure budget compliance.
Youll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- 4 years of experience as a Sr. Brand Producer / Project Manager or a similar role working in a relevant creative industry or marketing for a B2B or B2C company.
- Mastery of project management and ability to learn project management software namely Asana
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (namely Photoshop Illustrator & InDesign) Figma and Canva
- Ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail
- Lead with empathy and communicate effectively
- Experience building schedules managing issues/risks and stakeholder management.
- You push for great creative work with a strong bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
