Job Summary:
As the Territory Manager Dock and Door you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations related to dock equipment and commercial doors. This position requires a strong understanding of industrial equipment sales excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Principle Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and lead generation.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Address customer inquiries concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Quoting planned maintenance repairs & new dock & door equipment
Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitor activities.
Education/Experience:
Proven sales experience in the dock equipment & commercial door industry is required minimum three years of industry experience
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Engineering is a plus
Strong understanding of sales principles techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
