The Business Development Representative - Graduate Program

Were excited to open a new opportunity to join Alans Business Development Representative (BDR) - Graduate Program offering a remarkable start to a Sales career!

The concept Over a period of 18-24 months youll have the opportunity to gain essential Sales skills that will prepare you for more senior positions within the Sales community.

You will work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) where you will learn the fundamentals of Sales:

After 12 months in a market such as Tech Manufacturing Retail or Hospitality you will change segments to discover new prospecting methods and collaborate with another team.

In your second year you will continue as a BDR. You can choose to either focus on targeting large accounts (companies with more than 300 employees) or take on the added challenge of conducting discovery meetings and product demonstrations for small businesses.

These experiences will prepare you for an internal mobility as an Account Executive (watch Victoire) Customer Success Manager or Key Account Manager.
