Our Deli Manager role is for a lover of leadership food &customer service. - Manage lead inspire and work collaborativelywith our Deli staff to ensure a positive and memorable customer experience andstrongly represents our Values.
- Control Deli expenses by improvingoperations and efficiencies controlling labor costs and reducing losses due todamages spoiled products and shrink.
- Manage department inventories bytracking weekly sales reports and ordering products and supplies to meetcustomer requirements and the companys gross profit goals.
- Implement merchandising plans and contribute creative ideas for the departmentsmarketing strategy.
- Maintain familiarity with yourcompetitors and suggest & develop new products to keep your categoryexciting.
- Identify areas for improvement inoperations and customer service and suggest and implement changes andprocedures to address these needs.
- Manage and merchandise thedepartment for maximum productivity and profit with strict adherence to allfood handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Support and participate in thetraining and development of the Deli Team to maintain the highest level of teamproductivity enthusiasm and commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Handle all customer concerns andcomplaints in an effective and positive manner ensuring beneficial results.
