We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Director – Obstetrics & Gynaecology to lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

About the role:
As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading the operational and clinical performance of the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Unit
  • Driving continuous quality improvement, safety, and patient outcomes
  • Overseeing workforce planning, education, supervision, and team development
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and service expansion
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity and innovation
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Current registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA
  • Fellowship of RANZCOG (or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in both obstetrics and gynaecology
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership and team management skills
  • Commitment to quality, safety, teaching and research
