About the role: As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the operational and clinical performance of the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Unit
- Driving continuous quality improvement, safety, and patient outcomes
- Overseeing workforce planning, education, supervision, and team development
- Supporting strategic initiatives and service expansion
- Fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity and innovation
What you’ll need to succeed:- Current registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA
- Fellowship of RANZCOG (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in both obstetrics and gynaecology
- Demonstrated clinical leadership and team management skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, teaching and research
