Job Description
- Responsible for working on a cross-functional team to support the development testing and deployment of our new revenue management system.
- The Senior EDI Analyst will also lead/support key initiatives customer onboarding and identify key process improvements and deploy solutions.
- Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives.
- Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
- Ensure data standards are HIPAA DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to client privacy and security policies.
- Collaborate with IT business partners suppliers and customers on key business initiatives and projects and liaising with key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange and compliance with regulations such as DSCSA HIPAA and GS1 and EDI languages such as: ANSI X12 XML/UBL HTML.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience.
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12 XML/UBL and HTML.
- Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools.
