Pay: $65000 $75000 annualized based on skills and experience

Position Summary
Responsible for actively driving and supporting a positive Loveland employee experience throughout the entire employment life cycle. Oversee transactional HR responsibilities and partner with HR Director on strategic HR initiatives. Consistently balance the roles of employee advocate management consultant and company protector. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Essential Functions
- Provide guidance and development for Loveland leaders to support consistent and positive employee experiences including tactical support (paperwork HRIS Time & Attendance coaching/discipline etc.) and strategic influence (performance management leadership development purposeful culture work etc.)
- Seek a continuous understanding of the employee experience what is working/what is not and lead efforts to Identify design gain approval for and implement employee centric programs ensuring they support the Loveland Culture are communicated well are easy to understand and have the desired impacts of retention and/or attracting new employees shifting and flexing as needed.
- Hire train and supervise winter seasonal HR Assistant in performing transactional HR duties.
- Oversee Recruiting function source applicants manage recruiting module facilitate/monitor applicant flow assist managers in hiring decisions coordinate international student hiring manage background screenings etc.
- Coordinate off-site employee housing work with applicants interested in housing coordinate license agreements and the move-in process partner with/support external housing manager on employee related issues etc.
- Manage HRIS ensuring timely and accurate data entry manage onboarding/offboarding processes (including I-9 compliance policy acknowledgements etc.) and maintain all employee information with a goal of continuously streamlining these processes whenever possible. Process unemployment claims and respond to employment verification requests.
- Administer Benefits & Perks Programs Medical Dental Vision Life/AD&D STD FAMLI 401k EAP wellness Vacation/Sick Real Deals Employee Pass/Comp Tickets etc. including fully understand the programs explain programs to employees enroll/disenroll participants set up employee deductions manage open enrollment process provide guidance to managers etc.
- Administer workers compensation claims including paperwork claims management system (including OSHA 300) post-incident drug & alcohol testing communications with injured employees managers and coverage providers and coordinate light duty and return to work for injured employees.
- Receive investigate and resolve employee related concerns raised by employees managers or guests including performance issues complaints accommodation requests leave requests etc.
- Initiate and coordinate employee appreciation events and recognition programs.
- Assist other departments and operations as needed.
