Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe Reliable Maintainable and delivered on time Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.

Were seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Maintenance Technical Planner for the Deployment Fielding and Sustainment Integrated Product Team.
In this highly visible role youll provide meaningful field and office support to the AN/TPY-2 program Hardware and Software Cross Product and Integrated Product Leadership teams. Youll support a team providing coverages of operations of assets to maximize operability as well as modernization efforts to include technology refreshes software updates and hardware upgrades. This role will be responsible for technical input for sustaining the currently fielded baseline and maintaining the standardization of asset partner with engineers on the Sustaining Engineering teams in both the office and the field to identify solutions for increasing system operations and maintenance.
Leading weekly meetings with internal stakeholders to track the status of Site Maintenance Job Orders (JOs).
Partnering with Site and Cross-Functional Leads to determine paths to bring JOs to closure.
Partnering with internal stakeholders on monthly JO audit reviews to ensure best practices are met.
Coordinating with the FMS Maintenance Integration Technical Lead on daily and weekly tasks.
Participating in the development and management of maintenance plans for site upgrades.
Providing input on sustainment activities in order to ensure robust plans procedures and tools in place and any gaps are mitigated.
Reviewing Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) tasks to ensure the accuracy of schedule definitions.
Reviewing PMCS tasks that are waived or deferred with the Site team.
Partnering with Sustaining Engineering teams to track the status of applicable Field Bulletins (FBs) and validating the integrity of FB data in ALCS.
Reviewing applicable Change Notices (CNs) and validating the integrity of CN related JOs in ALCS.
Partnering with the FMS Maintenance Integration Technical Lead on executing CN implementation plans.
Advocating for the needs of the sustainment teams (both reach-back and at-site) leading up to radar operation and maintenance events based on a robust understanding of the capabilities of the AN/TPY-2 radar system.
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel internationally. Approximately two 7-day duration trips per year to Middle East type locations.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically Requires:Bachelors degree and a minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating maintaining and/or troubleshooting DoD manufacturing or industrial equipment.
Experience utilizing support equipment to troubleshoot system issues and/or install system upgrades.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in logistics management and sustaining engineering of complex systems of systems with large numbers of COTS products and customer configuration items including familiarity with industry standard management tools.
Experience supporting military/DOD programs in operating maintaining and/or troubleshooting the AN/TPY-2 radar system.
Experience with I&T in fielded mission critical systems and technical expertise in troubleshooting radar system anomalies.
Experience working in a multi discipline environment facilitating cross organizational solutions in response to objectives.
Understanding and respectful of cultures and customs.
Self-starter with capability to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
