5 years of experience developing and configuring business applications within the Power Platform including 3 years of hands-on Power Pages self-service portal development.
Deep understanding of Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE including customization configuration and user management.
Hands-on experience developing custom Power Pages solutions using Liquid Templates.
2 years of experience in web front-end development with a human-centered design approach.
Strong knowledge of Contact Center applications (e.g. Telephony & IVR solutions) self-service portals and native mobile applications.
Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functionalities with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
Familiarity with integrating Dynamics 365 CE with back-office systems (e.g. ERP) and payment gateways.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams Word Excel PowerPoint) and Microsoft Azure DevOps Testing Module.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Bachelors degree in business management or information systems or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Configure develop and thoroughly test self-service portals using Power Pages based on Agile user stories.
Create technical tasks for user story delivery in Azure DevOps.
Develop unit test cases and test scripts in Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with technical leads project managers team leads and other stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Participate as an active team member in implementing defined solutions.
Assist in defining functional requirements for integrating Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE with various platforms such as Contact Center applications self-service portals ChatBOTs SAP and payment gateways.
Ensure seamless integration high performance and efficient data flow across systems.
Support development of end-user training programs to ensure effective use of Power Platform solutions.
Promote user adoption through effective change management and support initiatives.
Provide knowledge transfer to team members to ensure broad understanding of the solution across the technical team.
Offer ongoing support and optimize Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Identify and implement enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.
Configure Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE applications to align with business requirements.
