A leading regional provider of residential mechanical and installation services is currently hiring a Project Coordinator to join its corporate operations team in Lititz PA. This role plays a critical part in supporting residential installation operations-managing the coordination of project details from start to finish and ensuring a smooth transition between field teams internal stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate job setup and tracking within the Service Titan platform.
- Coordinate directly with sales personnel and field management to confirm project scope and requirements.
- Prepare material and equipment requisitions from warehouse inventory and vendors.
- Generate and distribute project-related documentation to ensure timely execution.
- Track project progress review completion work orders and verify billing accuracy.
- Submit final deliverables to customers in alignment with established quality standards and deadlines.
- Provide occasional backup support to sales coordination and call center support queues.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by anticipating needs and ensuring proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a project coordination administrative or scheduling role-preferably in the HVAC electrical mechanical or residential services industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Lititz PA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams).
Key Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Service Titan or similar project management software is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a larger teams success.
- Comfortable working a 12pm-8pm schedule to support extended customer needs.
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders.
