WHAT WED LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Lead a software engineering team providing technical and disciplinary guidance in driving delivery of projects that create customer impact
You plan and coordinate the daily work and are in close contact with the Product Manager regarding the roadmap
Collaborate with Product Management and your teams to implement strategic goals and develop the future strategic direction
Drive engineering efficiency and operational excellence within your teams.
Build robust engineering teams through identifying skills and experience needs recruitment onboarding and targeted professional development
Develop mentor and nurture our next generation of technical leaders
WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have experience in leading a software engineering team for several years
You live a hands-on mentality where you want to continue to work very closely on development
You have worked with Python and cloud hosting services such as AWS in a SaaS enterprise environment
You have experience in building and scaling data intensive applications
You are able to build high-performing teams that can balance predictability and great quality with optimal throughput
You already took full responsibility for delivery and operations
Ideally you have already worked in the e-commerce environment
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex technical topics and solutions in a concise and simple way
