Job Description
The After Care program at St. Joseph School in Cockeysville is seeking staff for the 2025-2026 school year. The successful candidate will have experience working with students who are 4-13 years of age. Job responsibilities include supervising students during free play/outdoor play planning age-appropriate activities arts and crafts and assisting with homework help. The hours are Monday-Friday 3-6 pm. Half days are 11:45 - 6 pm. Please contact Kammeran Giggers at for information.
Essential Functions
- Implement a program of instruction that adheres to the goals and objectives of the program.
- Make observations collect data and give input to the Director.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding students their families and other employees.
- Responsible for the safety and active supervision of students at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers staff and school administration.
Position Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma and 90-hour childcare certification.
- Experience in a Catholic School setting preferred.
- An appreciation for young students and their families.
- Willingness to support the mission of the Catholic Faith and the Archdiocese of Baltimore Catholic Schools.
Pay Range: $15.00-16.00 Hourly
