What Youll Do
As Senior Product Manager you will:
Lead one or more products within the CRM & Case Management portfolio including the Salesforce platform.
Define product vision and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and ensure delivery of compelling and effective solutions.
Manage and mentor product managers and business analysts.
Support the development of business cases budgets and product strategies.
Identify and evaluate internal and external partnership opportunities.
Align product development with key technology initiatives and continuously enhance product offerings.
Foster innovation by promoting a continuous improvement mindset and agile approach.
What Youll Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business IT or a related field.
5 years of experience in product management engineering product marketing specifically working with Salesforce and other CRMs.
Proven track record of successful product delivery and stakeholder management.
Experience with case management reporting and sales/marketing process technologies.

Expected salary Range: $115000 - $135000 annually
Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives 12% pension employer contribution and competitive medical benefits.
