Job Description

Part Time Childcare Worker

Trinity Christian Academy is seeking part time applicants for the afternoon position of Childcare Worker for the 2025-2026 school year at our Oakleaf location. A childcare worker is a vital member of the early childhood education team. This role involves providing support to the lead teacher and helping create a safe engaging and educational environment for young children. Heres an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications associated with this position:

Qualifications:

Evidence of an authentic and active Christian walk
Proficiency in early learning
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong ability to multitask and follow directions.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age
GED/High School diploma
Willingness to complete the DCF online training
First Aid/CPR training
Background screening
Bilingual is preferred
