Job Description
Come and join the Asset Management and Business Analytics team. We are looking for creative individuals who want to build Avistas analytical and Asset Management Capabilities. This is an opportunity to take on new challenges and work cross-functionally to drive change and solve business problems using the power of data.
Performs professional technical and analytical work in support of business unit or enterprise-wide Company projects and programs. Duties are related to defining business needs understanding current-state environments and helping to champion change initiatives. Business Analysts apply knowledge of Company program areas and supportive information and data to define and implement solutions to meet varying customer needs as well as analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved. Duties include facilitating discussions to elicit information required to develop requirements; gathering and using data to research analyze design test and evolve solutions; and assisting and leading as needed through change to future-state environments.
Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane headquarters at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with an additional day determined by the employee and manager.
