YOUR MISSION
Glovo keeps growing day after day thats why we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sr. Lawyer that will work with the HQ Legal Team of the company on managing the day to day implications in the business.
THE JOURNEY
- Have a 360 role providing legal support to all departments of the business
- Assess and advice on the launch of new verticals projects commercial activities and operations challenges
- Review analyze negotiate and draft all kind of contracts with all the players involved in the business
- Be the main legal point of contact of some of Glovos SEE countries (Romania and Moldova among others).
- Be appointed as the compliance officer of Romania entity
- Get your hands dirty when there is a problem you will find a way to fix it
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow develop and make a difference
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- At least 7 years of working experience as in-house legal counsel or in a law firm with proven experience in regulatory law commercial contracts and corporate law.
- Advanced English (speaking and drafting)
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus (preferably Slavic languages)
- Knowledge of other fields of law (labor and data protection are a plus)
- Highly motivated in the world of start-ups and new technologies
- Problem solver Multitasking Thinking out of the box Organized and detail-oriented person
- International profile able to work in a flexible collaborative and multidisciplinary environment
- An empathetic inclusive and curious attitude
