Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
58 years of experience in non-IT recruitment preferably across multiple sectors.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using job boards LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
