Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Investment Products Process & Data Specialist to join our Investment team of Products Tribe (COO Domain) where we aim to develop and control processes of investment products in a simple and efficient manner while we have a lot of fun!

Within this expert team you will be an Investment Products Process & Data Specialist so you develop and control processes of investment products focused to the E2E Customer Journey from the acquisition - onboarding phase of an investment products and continue in the customer experience with the purpose to handle day to day operations process and delivery for our retail customers. You aim at improving the efficiency investment processes performance an identify opportunities delight customers.

Main product lines to make this happen are brokerage mutual funds and pension plans.

Your key responsibilities:

As an Investment Products and Processes specialist you will:

• Act as first-line supervisor of a team providing customer service support and play a key role in helping to achieve targets in areas such as productivity or turnaround times;
• Monitor End-to-end processes ensuring their operation detection of technical issues and search for solutions based on Data;
• Identify the products or services that best meet the customers stated needs use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations;
• Investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes systems and procedures and take action to solve immediate compliance issues;
• Data fluency & reporting: Comprehend define select and analyze data to gain insights from operational side that enhance the decision-making process; create reports for operational areas (MicroStrategy Excel Power Point etc..);
• Challenge and analyze current processes both operational and customer visions;
• Measurement relevant KPIs obtaining operational data analysis of evolutions trends and volumes seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency;
• Collaboration / day-to-day teamwork with suppliers. Detect incidents in the processes of external providers report incidents and track them. Track processes with suppliers propose improvement measures and measurements that establish the effectiveness of the actions implemented.

All this with maximum protection to the customer and looking for being the best in class in the demanding regulatory framework (CNMV but not limited to).

Proven track record and technical skills

• University degree;
• 2 years professional experience in banking from the operational side
• Advanced office mainly with knowledge in Excel and Power Point;
• Valuable proven experience with investment products processes (brokerage preferably)

Tu propsito ser gestionar las operaciones procesos y entregas del da a da para nuestras personas usuarias del segmentoretail. Buscamos mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos de inversin e identificar oportunidades para sorprender y deleitar a quienes confan en nosotros.

Las principales lneas de producto con las que trabajars son:brokerage fondos de inversin y planes de pensiones.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como especialista en Productos y Procesos de Inversin tus funciones incluirn:

• Actuar como supervisin de primera lnea de un equipo de atencin al cliente desempeando un papel clave para alcanzar objetivos en productividad y tiempos de respuesta.
• Monitorizar procesosend-to-end asegurando su funcionamiento detectando incidencias tcnicas y buscando soluciones basadas en datos.
• Identificar los productos o servicios que mejor se ajusten a las necesidades expresadas por la persona cliente utilizando tu experiencia para proponer configuraciones y cantidades adecuadas.
• Investigar incidencias estndar utilizando los procesos sistemas y procedimientos regulatorios y de cumplimiento actuales y tomar medidas para resolver problemas de cumplimiento inmediatos.
• Fluidez en datos yreporting: comprender definir seleccionar y analizar datos para obtenerinsightsoperativos que mejoren la toma de decisiones; crear informes para reas operativas (MicroStrategy Excel PowerPoint etc.).
• Cuestionar y analizar los procesos actuales tanto desde la visin operativa como desde la experiencia de la persona cliente.
• Medir KPIs relevantes obtener datos operativos analizar evoluciones tendencias y volmenes buscando mejoras que aumenten la satisfaccin de la persona cliente y la eficiencia de costes.
• Colaborar en el da a da con proveedores externos: detectar incidencias en los procesos reportarlas y hacer seguimiento. Proponer medidas de mejora y mtricas que evalen la efectividad de las acciones implementadas.

Todo esto con la mxima proteccin a la persona cliente y con el objetivo de ser referentes en un entorno regulatorio exigente (CNMV entre otros).

• Ms de 2 aos de experiencia profesional en banca desde el rea operativa.
• Dominio avanzado de herramientas ofimticas especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
• Se valorar experiencia demostrada en procesos de productos de inversin (brokerage preferentemente).
