Maintenance Officer
$31.73 Superannuation
- Monday to Friday role no weekend or public holiday work (no shut down during school holidays)

Delta Facilities Management delivers a range of critical services across general maintenance and cleaning. Supporting the Queensland School Project our teams work across a range of educational facilities within Brisbane. The Position
The core objective of the Maintenance Officer Role is to contribute to the efficient and effective operation and maintenance of the school facility by providing a high level of facilities support in line with our Service Specifications. At the completion of training and induction the Maintenance Role is capable of utilising a range of complex instructions materials and equipment to deliver a range of cleaning grounds utility and school officer duties to facilitate school operations in a clean safe and aesthetically pleasant condition.
The Person
- Experience in a similar role - working in a General Maintenance/Facilities Maintenance type role
- A great work ethic and ability to learn
- Good communication skills with a flexible approach
- Essential: Must be able to obtain a Blue Card undertake a Functional Medical with D&A
- Hold a Current Drivers Licence
