Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area inSomerville MA. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations managing team members and ensuring efficient processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities and delegate tasks to management and team members
- Monitor performance and implement improvements
- Develop and maintain operational procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations
- Manage budget and expenses
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
