Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 Year Contract) – OneRail Technology Hub - Krakow, Poland

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT various roles including screening interviewing and selection.
• Develop post and monitor job advertisements ensuring their effectiveness.
• Proactively search and attract candidates using direct search methods and innovative sourcing strategies to target passive candidates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates ensuring a high level of communication and a positive Candidate Experience.
• Regularly update and expand a database of contacts for future recruitment needs maintaining ongoing communication with key candidates.
• Negotiate job offers salary packages in collaboration with HR.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

• 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of effective sourcing methods and recruitment tools (LinkedIn and other social platforms ATS systems sourcing tools). Having your own network of contacts is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to easily build relationships and maintain a positive solution-oriented attitude.
• Experience in working with recruitment data and reporting progress.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to taking on new tasks and challenges with a strong focus on personal and professional development.
• Advanced proficiency in English both written and spoken (B2/C1).
