In the Role

We are looking for high energy enthusiastic and purpose driven ADOA for our B2C Sales Team. This role reports to a Director of Admissions and works closely with QA Sales and Marketing Teams to close new sales interview prospective AE s and support sales leadership activity.


The best candidates for this position thrive in a fast paced environment where we do a lot of experimentation with AI Tools Establishing Current Best Practices Coaching to Success Based Metrics.



What you will do:

This role will consist of a 50/ 50 split of individual sales goal activity and 15 supporting sales leadership activities (ex. interviewing sales candidates coaching AE s assisting with strategic planning ect.

  • Assist with coaching junior team members to hit monthly sales goals
  • Assisting in hiring and training new team members
  • Monitoring performance of sales team members
  • Maintain personal monthly sales goals and expected conversion rates of 10
  • Handling customer complaints and queries with support of their Director of Admissions
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and emerging market trends

Requirements :

  • At least 3-5 years of B2C sales experience in commission centric sales organizations.
  • Preferred experience: Insurance Real Estate Premium Priced Retail Products (e.g. phones tablets computers ect) or similar.
  • 3 years of experience managing a team of salespersons actually closing deals not focusing setting up next steps in the funnel (e.g. overseeing SDR s AE s ect).
  • Demonstrated record of hitting sales and activity quota consistently in current / prior roles.
  • Must be based in the continental USA.
  • Ability to build rapport with leads junior team members and support sales leadership activities.
  • Sharp business acumen prior experience using HubSpot and Google Drive.
  • Understanding of Sales Metrics and KPI s.
  • Passionate about helping individuals better themselves and their careers.
  • Excellent leader who puts the mission above themselves (i.e. is focused more on getting things right rather than having to be right .
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule committing to 45 - 50 hours per week.
  • Must provide your own high speed internet access at your remote work location.
