In the Role
We are looking for high energy enthusiastic and purpose driven ADOA for our B2C Sales Team. This role reports to a Director of Admissions and works closely with QA Sales and Marketing Teams to close new sales interview prospective AE s and support sales leadership activity.
The best candidates for this position thrive in a fast paced environment where we do a lot of experimentation with AI Tools Establishing Current Best Practices Coaching to Success Based Metrics.
This role will consist of a 50/ 50 split of individual sales goal activity and 15 supporting sales leadership activities (ex. interviewing sales candidates coaching AE s assisting with strategic planning ect.
