Job Description
Job Title: Technology Lead Oracle EBS R12 SCM
Location: Onsite Must be within commuting distance of Irvine CA or San Jose CA
Job Type: Contractual (Ongoing Payment Basis)
Citizenship Status: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident only (no sponsorship available)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Technology Lead with strong techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS R12 SCM (Order Management Inventory and Purchasing modules). The ideal candidate will provide daily support and technical solutions across Oracle SCM and Distribution modules working closely with business users and SMEs to understand existing processes and design scalable efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules (OM INV PO)
Analyze existing business processes and design solutions aligned with business needs
Collaborate with users SMEs and technical teams to deliver enhancements and support
Create functional and technical design documentation
Manage and support technical development: PL/SQL Oracle Forms/Reports OAF Workflows
Handle data conversions interfaces and EDI integrations
Required Qualifications:
Must be located within commuting distance of Irvine CA or San Jose CA
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 4 years of IT experience
Minimum 5 years of Oracle EBS implementation/support experience
Strong technical skills in PLSQL Oracle Forms Reports OAF Shell scripting and performance tuning
Functional understanding of O2C and P2P cycles in Oracle SCM
Experience in multi-site implementations and global rollouts
Skilled in documenting requirements configuration and technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience across full Oracle ERP development life cycle
Exposure to Oracle Financials
Client-facing experience and ability to manage onsite-offshore collaboration
Leadership experience as a project or module lead
