Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accurate accounting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and has experience in small business bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process invoices payroll and vendor payments
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
