Position Overview
As a Partner Network Specialist you will manage relationships with manufacturing partners resolve operational challenges and support business development efforts. Youll work closely with the Partner Networking Director and play a key role in expanding and maintaining a strong supplier network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the network of manufacturing partners in Turkey specifically in CNC machining and Sheet Metal Forming technologies
- Engage with existing partners to increase their activity and support their development
- Evaluate partners on a per-order basis to ensure quality and performance
- Conduct on-site visits and attend manufacturing-related fairs and events to connect with potential new partners
- Oversee the partner registration process in the ERP system and ensure smooth onboarding
- Identify partner needs and support targeted marketing initiatives
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or a related engineering field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in preparing presentations and reporting
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
- Analytical solution-oriented mindset
- Strong time management and organizational skills
