What Youll Do

• Ensure smooth and secure IT operations by monitoring system performance maintaining hardware and infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain security best practices for all IT systems in close cooperation with the Information Security Officer.
• Manage secure onboarding and offboarding processes provisioning user access and devices across our core IT stack: Okta Jamf Pro Jira Slack Slite SentinelOne and Unifi.
• Maintain and support office IT infrastructure including network setup WiFi and meeting room hardware to ensure a seamless hybrid work experience.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex IT issues acting as a reliable partner to internal teams.
• Design and maintain integrations between systems to simplify operations and reduce manual effort.
• Drive automation using platforms like ChatGPT and Google Gemini to improve IT workflows.
• Monitor and track IT spend using tools like Spendbase helping optimize costs across departments.
  

What You Bring

• Hands-on IT operations experience including system management troubleshooting and user support with Macbooks / MacOS.
• A proactive approach to automation and integration with scripting skills and a desire to simplify workflows.
• Strong awareness of IT security including data protection access control and endpoint safety.
• Clear communicator and collaborator empathetic and comfortable working across teams and explaining technical concepts.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
