Job Title: Operations Coordinator (Sales & Business)

We are seeking a highly motivated critical-thinking and solution-oriented Operations Coordinator to be the linchpin of our daily operations across all three businesses reporting directly to the CEO & Founder.
You will be instrumental in translating strategic vision into actionable plans optimizing processes and ensuring seamless execution. This is not a role for the faint of heart youll be rolling up your sleeves to identify challenges architect solutions and meticulously execute the how-to of our growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced tech-forward environment and possess a knack for transforming ideas into efficient realities we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
- Strategic Problem Solving: Proactively identify operational roadblocks and bottlenecks across our businesses designing and implementing effective scalable solutions.
- How-To Wizard: Translate strategic goals into actionable plans defining processes workflows and best practices to ensure seamless execution.
- Project Management Maestro: Lead and manage diverse projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery budget adherence and successful outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize day-to-day operations enhancing efficiency reducing costs and improving overall productivity.
- Tech-Savvy Implementation: Leverage technology to streamline operations introduce new tools and automate processes wherever possible.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to ensure operational alignment and support business objectives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide insightful operational reporting and analysis to the CEO & Founder informing strategic decisions.

- An excellent communicator able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Highly organized proactive and results-oriented.
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting or leading sales efforts.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
