Job Description
We are seeking a RN - GI Lab for a 13-week travel/contract assignment in Rochester New York 14626. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
- Shift: 10hr Day
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2200 - $2320
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for GI procedures (e.g. colonoscopies endoscopies)
- Assist with conscious sedation and monitor patient vital signs
- Provide recovery care and discharge education
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of GI Endoscopy RN experience
- Epic EMR experience
- Active RN License in New York.
- BLS certification-American Heart Association (required)
- Strong teamwork communication and procedural support skills
