Job Description
Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN Experience with hospice case management required Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required. Prior experience with rural travel preferred. Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred Work schedule Sunday-Thursday ****Prefer a nurse with no RTO requests for this contract. NO RTO will be considered for the month of July****
Shift: Sunday-Thursday (M-F first week to facilitate orientation)
