Job Summary
Client is seeking an OCM Communications Specialist to drive strategic communication efforts for large-scale organizational change initiatives. This role will focus on developing and executing change communication strategies that enhance stakeholder engagement increase adoption of new processes and technologies and ensure a smooth transition across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management internal communications and stakeholder engagement with the ability to craft compelling messaging and deliver targeted communications.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- 5 years of experience in corporate communications change management or organizational development with a focus on OCM-related initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies for enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Strong experience with stakeholder engagement messaging and change adoption strategies.
- Excellent writing editing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience with internal communication tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint Yammer Microsoft Teams email marketing tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience in the healthcare manufacturing or distribution industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR Kotter) and communication best practices.
- Background in training content development or instructional design is a plus.
