Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM / BA) to join our team onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of project management and business analysis skills capable of managing project planning scoping and delivery while also performing business analysis tasks. A functional understanding of business processes and stakeholder management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning scoping execution and delivery.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct business analysis activities including requirement gathering process mapping and documentation.
- Facilitate Agile project management methodologies and best practices.
- Perform functional testing to ensure system and process alignment with business needs.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Experience in Agile Project Management methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with functional testing and validating business processes.
- Ability to effectively gather and document business requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis roles.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Previous experience in enterprise-level business processes is a plus.
