We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing financial data developing forecasts preparing reports and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to support the company s objectives and growth.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports to highlight performance and forecast future financial trends.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises to ensure optimal financial health of the agency.
- Review and analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with different departments to develop strategies that enhance revenue and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis.
Essential Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial documents.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Desired Experience
- Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
