We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the opening of a brand new 68-bed luxury care home in Clitheroe.
Our client is a well-established organisation with an excellent reputation in other sectors including construction and facilities management and this is their first step into the care sector. With the build complete and systems already in place they re now looking for someone to lead on mobilisation getting the home ready for residents and setting the tone for what will be a high-quality person-centred luxury service.
The role:
- As Commissioning Manager you ll be responsible for the safe registration and opening of this purpose-built home which will offer residential care and support for older people including those living with low levels of dementia.
- You ll lead on recruiting the right team embedding a positive culture from day one and ensuring excellent care delivery from the start.
- You ll work alongside a supportive central team to put systems in place roll out training and induction programmes and build strong links with the local community.
- This is a hands-on leadership role and an opportunity to make a real impact with further projects already in the pipeline.
About you:
- You ll have previous experience of commissioning and a strong understanding of what makes that process successful.
- You ll be a confident and approachable leader with the ability to inspire and empower your team.
- You ll be values-driven commercially aware and have a good understanding of quality frameworks and CQC expectations.
- You ll also be comfortable working with a degree of autonomy bringing ideas and energy to a new and exciting project.
