Job Description

**Hello! At Factorial were looking for a new **Account Manager for the **US market to help us take the company to the next level. **Ready to be part of the challenge **The Role We are looking for an **Account Manager in the US Market to be based in Mexico to join our Customer Experience team to act as a consultant with existing customers and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of retaining a specific portfolio of clients **creating long-term relationships with them understanding their processes and problems and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.What will you be doing:

  • **Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to create engagement and provide them with product updates.
  • It **involves understanding the clients needs and goals and **go-to person for anything and everything related to the clients experience
  • Identify **upsell opportunities to ensure the satisfaction of the clients and to add more value to their company.
  • Analyze proactively your portfolio to make decisions and make an action plan for each company you are going to deal with.
  • Recognize and proactively report trends and potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to **improve customers journeys and our product.
  • You will work hand in hand with other teams (Sales CX Product Engineering Finance) to achieve Factorials goals.

**Your Profile

  • You have Strategic Analytical Abilities and Exemplary Organizational Skills
  • You are tech-savvy.
  • You have experience managing customer portfolios (B2B) minimum 1 year.
  • You have **excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • You are good at multitasking problem solving and great team worker.
  • You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
  • You have previous experience dealing with churn cases (**retention).
  • You have done **upselling.
  • You have worked through KPI
  • Having **experience with the B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
