Job Description
We are in search of a Load Planner who will coordinate and optimize the transportation of goods by creating efficient load plans and schedules. The role focuses on maximizing capacity minimizing costs and ensuring on-time delivery.
What You Will Do
Analyze shipment data and customer orders to create optimal load plans.
Determine efficient routes modes and load configurations.
Coordinate with logistics teams carriers and warehouse staff.
Prepare load documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Track shipments and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Monitor transportation costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Utilize TMS and routing software for planning and optimization.
What We Are Looking For
Associate or bachelor s degree in supply chain logistics or related field preferred.
Experience in load planning or transportation operations.
Proficiency with TMS and routing software.
Proficiency in English Language verbal and written.
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.

Competitive salary: Rs. 150000 to 270000
