Job Description
- Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions with a strong focus on Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service).
- Provide architectural guidance and functional expertise across Oracle EPM platforms ensuring solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define system strategy and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and design through implementation and support.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the EPM landscape to drive operational efficiency and performance.
- 8 10 years of proven experience in EPM solutions including strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS.
- Functional expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in architecting and deploying complex EPM solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of financial consolidation processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable robust EPM solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with a strategic and detail-oriented mindset.
- Adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends within the EPM space.
