Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Hostel Warden to manage and supervise the daily operations of our hostel. The ideal candidate will ensure discipline safety and the well-being of all residents in a clean and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee hostel administration cleanliness and facility maintenance
Maintain records of occupancy inventory and resident concerns
Enforce hostel rules and ensure security in coordination with staff
Provide support for residents physical and emotional welfare
Resolve conflicts and foster a positive living environment
Liaise with housekeeping kitchen and maintenance teams
(If residential) Provide night supervision and manage emergencies
Requirements
Strong leadership communication and conflict-resolution skills
Compassionate disciplined and focused on student welfare
Willingness to stay on premises for night supervision (if required)
