Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for our public sector client based in Leeds (hybrid working) on an initial 6-month contract paying up to 625 per day Inside IR35.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid 2 to 3 days on-site
Key Skills:
- Open procurement in regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of PCR2015 and PA23
- Experience from OBC to award under PA23
- Business case development (OBC/FBC)
- Commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication and decision-making
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Risk management in procurement
Desirable:
- Familiarity with sourcing systems
